Club Fitting
Last week I had the honour to be selected to attend a specialist training day held at Wentworth. The event was to help specialist fitters to deliver more refined fittings on the, soon to be released, Titleist T series irons.
After a 90-minute training session, learning all about the technicalities and details around the innovative T Series range, we then headed to the range where we tested the irons to understand the benefits they deliver; they did not disappoint.
With a completely revamped range including a new fully enclosed body with a split hollow centre and reconfigured tungsten weights that, noticeably, stabilise the face, the results were clear to see and feel. The new higher launching iron was a drastic change and will benefit many to achieve greater carry with substantially better stopping power.
Keep an eye out for the launch nationwide, and fittings will be available from the 11th July.
