This week I have been away on a training day to develop my skills and offerings. The sessions were based around shop offerings and how to engage more with your members, something that is very important to me.
Throughout 2025 I shall be creating, and offering, more initiatives to add value to your membership through retail and expert advice events. Even on the journey home I came up with a few ideas to enhance my offering to you, my members.
